 If one or more of your items arrives damaged, please contact and email us within 1 business day of the receipt of your shipment. You may contact customer service by email, [email protected]. We will require at least one photo of the damaged goods. You will be issued a claim number. Please keep the packaging as the carrier may want to inspect the package. At our discretion, we will ship replacements or provide a refund for any damaged items
